Adam and Hollie will listen to what you want to get out of training and what goals you have and work something for you. Both are amazing, energetic and very pushy and motivating. Results speak for themselves. I've never been much for exercise or weights, but now over a year in and I am addicted.

A group class that uses different areas of exercise to gain fitness, burn fat, increase muscle, improve mobility, and increase strength. Our Fort Fit programming includes training from categories like HIIT, strongman, bodybuilding, agility, and more.
A 1 hour group class that focuses on building strength training using Squats, Bench, and Deadlift as a foundation. We then use a combination of accessory lifts to build muscle and strength. We programme this class to get you stronger and increase muscle mass for a healthier lifestyle, greater bone density, and increased mobility. Everyone can benefit from strength training for a better, longer life.
Fort Kids (ages 7-12) - A 45 minute fitness class for kids to learn base strength, movement, technique, balance, and coordination. We use games and activities to build confidence, teamwork, and to have loads of fun.
Fort Teens (ages 12-17) - A 45 minute strength and conditioning class for teens to learn a foundation of movement basics and technique while building strength and fitness.
I have been a personal trainer and fitness instructor for 2 years. I specialise in weight loss, lifestyle change, muscle building, pregnancy, post pregnancy, HIIT, and boxfit. I am NZQA level 5 qualified for PT and have earned a bachelor’s degree in radiologic science.
Being a mum of 3 kids and previously obese, I am passionate to help others find lifestyle changes that help them, and their families live a better and healthier life. I use my own experience and all my education to help my clients achieve and maintain their goals.
I have been in the fitness industry for 6 years now. I started off as a Crossfit trainer and fell in love with coaching. From there I got my Level 1 and 2 Crossfit Certification, then worked towards completing my NZQA level 5 in Personal Training.
I have been a full time Group fitness and Personal trainer for 3 years now. My passion in fitness is around Strength, and Functional Training. I also have a passion to helping the special needs community become fit, strong, and more self-confident.
